Latvia is a cold country But people are wearing dress which exposes most of their body. Why?

It's a cold country, but not for the whole year. Mostly always May - September are from "warm" months. It's a summer and spring time. Then what's so wondering in wearing a tight dress that time?

Riga Photo Show 2012 was the first exhibition of such kind in Riga, where not only professionals, but also amateur photographers could share their experience and ideas. For 3 days, November 9th-11th, Exhibition hall in Kipsala was full of those who takes pictures. Such event would suppose lots of nice girls coming in, but sadly to say, Latvia loses its nice girls potential many girls went on the West, many on the East... those who stay are not a lot to make some solid image. I've noted many old-fashioned men there, but truly there were not a lot of just young cute girls...
