This hotel belongs to a
Reval Hotels group (click the link to view more info about it and book it if needed) and if you would like to save on money, this is place is definitely not for you, because it's an expensive one. But comparing to European prices, paying EUR 60 per room per night or EUR 20 per dinner may be not that higher price. I must still mention in Riga there should be a lot of much cheaper places, and for example, if you have a dinner in "Lido" which is located 100 m from the hotel, you can enjoy traditional Latvian food in just about 10 EUR or even 5 EUR if you are vegetarian.
Despite of it that hotel is probably one of the inspiring places in Riga, it's located in the right center, about 10 mins walk from the central station, and most of the public transport is crossing in that place (not saying there is a special airport-hotel-transfer bus available to book). It's a very popular place which you can't pass, so there you should enjoy the best service and accommodation available in Riga. If you have a pocket full of cash, you will enjoy everything.
Most of its places-to-see-and-visit is the Skyline Bar located at the 26th floor (this is 27 floors building in general), but the prices there are not that low at all. However be prepared to meet a lot of nice girls here who are looking to meet a foreigner, and probably consuming girls too
