Well, personal opinion may truly matter

Latvian women are really well educated, specially those grown in USSR times

Unfortunately, nowadays education is too far away from ideal. I'm meeting young girls often, and whatever they have in their heads, doesn't differ from "American dreams": McDonalds, Brintey Spears, shopping, cosmetics, and so on.

Luckily they didn't forget how to spread their legs

America has plenty of fine, nice women just get out of the city areas and you'll find them. As for Latvia? All I can say is I'm going!!! Saving up for next years Blond Convention and then I'll be able to write more on this comparison of Women thing. How much is the ave Hotel Room in Riga? Anyone know?
