LATVIA is offering studies in low cost

This is true. But the same low will be the level of your education.
Be prepared the Diploma you get after all, is not rated high worldwide or in Europe.

Guest:
can we able to get part time job dr? if it so means can i able to manage my living expences by my own?

You need to read this thread up and above. I was already giving answers about studying and having a job at once. You must know Latvian, then you will get some chance.

Guest:
and please let me know the job opportunity scope for IT there...after completing the studies

Read my above answer

and what about the culture and pupils there? shall i enjoy my college life or its going to be boaring?

Nobody can tell or answer you this. It's the same like I would ask: what is about the culture in India? Could you answer in just two simple phrases? Of course, not. The same about Latvia. Until you don't live here, until we don't know who you are, you will get nothing in reply. You just must feel it and live it on, then you will know.

Overall, Latvia is mixture of cultures, but not Asian cultures. They are crossing on the East & West level, but probably it's not ready yet for workers from India. You may get lots of negative emotions indeed.

and is it an nice place to live and all?

For me, and the native people who didn't swap it for UK or other European country, it's the best place on Earth. Even now, having deep economical crisis and depression of results of national politics (instead of international), I feel it is quite a calm place. There became less people, but also we get more oxygen instead. And it's also a land of mostly white people. So far we are not ready for blacks or other skin colors. Just not ready.

I am wondering guys - I've heard India is so wide country and it's developing in IT extremely fast. You must help your land to grow and be rich; I know many people swap Latvia to India because of its climate or location. Not sure if you are up to Latvia

You will freeze when we have -15 .. -25° in winter time. And this period lasts for about 3-4 months. Spring is also cold, autumn (like these days), Is cold. Right now we have temperature closely standing to 0°. It of course forces the brains job, because rather it's more comfortable to turn on the brain when there is cold outside, in opposite to hot weather. But... you will need to adopt to it for a long time! and not sure, if you will be adopted in result...

If you mean Latvia, you would have a huge language barrier. Mostly rare people get the English here in full. And if you start to study Latvian - it will take time!

I would honestly say there is a big PROBLEM with jobs in Latvia even for local inhabitants, i.e. those knowing Latvian language at least to the lowest level. BTW, do you know Latvian? Without a certificate of your knowledge, noone will hire you for even lowest qualified job.

You may read the thread above for more details...

It's widely explained above. You need to know Latvian language perfectly to qualify for something. Knowing just English in Latvia doesn't mean a lot.

The same about MBA education. I'm not sure it's highly rated worldwide. Practice means much more.

Hey there Del Piero; I'll try to answer you shortly...

1- what informations do you have about hotel school and the students that graduate from it ( i mean do they have good jops or not )

I have no information about this school... do you mean this one? ->
http://www.hotelschool.lv/

If so... I suppose, it's not about high education. It's just a private college.
Honestly speaking, I doubt you could find a good job if you "graduate" it. It's mostly about getting money from you. The "document of degree" you may have afterall, could work only within this school. Probably, you could get some job regarding references from this school as itself. But I doubt it would be well-paid and desired one.

It's just my opinion; I have no ideas what this school is generally about.

2- is the transportation easy between all cities ( as i will travel here and there alot )

Yes, it is. You could reach almost any city in Latvia by bus or train. The transportation fees, regarding EU fees, are not that high at all.

3- if i marry from latvian girl ... will i get permenant residence

The "permanent residence" question in Latvia is a difficult one, and you wouldn't get it just getting married a Latvian citizen. Laws are changing fast and I couldn't answer precisely right now, but you could probably get a temporary 5-years EU residence, if investing in properties (250,000 EUR worth or more) or somewhere else. Permanent residence is about knowing Latvian language, history, passing exams and living here for multiple years. At least it was so couple of years ago...

4- what is the best way to learn latvian language as my studies will be in english

Like learning any other language, you should be in the Latvian atmosphere to study it get vocabularies, watch TV, read newspapers and books in Latvian, speak to other people. That's the best way to learn. You could also visit some free courses of Latvian, some are available in Riga; but they are always fulfilled with locals.

Who knows, we have a very different audience here today you don't have it, tomorrow you will have it - everything could happen, this life is unexpected!

Del Piero:

Well, I didn't suppose you are considering marriage as a kind of "benefit"! I think, marrying someone means just registering a relationship officially... Other than this, I guess, you won't get lots of "benefits" in Latvia. Otherwise, Latvian girls are often marrying foreigners to get their visas and residence permission, but in the other countries... not Latvia.

Here is more info for you about citizenship in Latvia:
