how's latvia now? there re few news about this small baltic nation.

I have a feeling even less people on streets appear more day, but more elite cars

What else new? Taxes are raising up, prices for living are raising up as well, but in the matters of life's quality, nothing actually changes. The emigrants crisis in Europe also didn't touch Latvia so far, because refugees to not want to stay in such a small and poor country!

Oh yeah, 3 years is a solid term! I didn't notice the time passed away so quickly...
Keep up with your grades!

The prairies here are very beautiful. After graduation, I plan to stay here and buy several houses. If I sell my apartment on the border of shanghai(80 square meter of size), I can buy a house here in the downtown. However, If I wanna buy one apartment in shanghai(80 square meter of size), then I have to pay the mortage for 10-20 years. Yeah, that's the difference of vacant land and old continent.

Haha, it seems it's better for Latvia return back to Swedish rule or Prussian(German) rule.

Hmm... are you truly about Canada with this saying?.. Prairies?.. May be kind of snow-board related prairies?

Several houses??? Oh man. Why would you need to buy several houses?? They should be so expensive in support in Canada! How would you to pay their mortgage after studying?

wang:

Hmm... please explain, what is the "old continent" and what is the "vacant land" in your saying...

Wow, what do you mean by that? What kind of rule?.. Sorry, I didn't get it... but curious to know...

I am here now in winnipeg, Manitoba. During winter here will be covered with snow while during summer here is just like what shown in the movie 'Fall Of Legend'. Actually houses here are very cheap. If you have 140,000 canadian dollars then you can buy one in downtown, which means if I sell my apartment in the border of shanghai, then I can buy one here, so the first house is not a problem for me. During the future life, I plan to accumulate my monthly earnings to buy other ones. In fact, the apartment in shanghai of my family is much more expensive than that, about a little more than 3 times of that.

Australia, America = new continent(vacant land), defined by Columbus

I think some part of east europe was once ruled by Swedish Empire or teutonic knights, at last they lost their territory to Russia.

Ok, I'm getting this now. So far Latvia is definitely ruled by US and European Union! This state couldn't speak about independence, because all major events are regulated by other forces.

I'm still not sure why would you need to buy several houses? There's just one enough for good living as more properties you will have, as more headache...

Well, I guess you may start from this then, only after think about multiple houses
Because buying a house is much simpler than building a family and making kids!

Building a family largely depends on economic status I think
